ALUMNI MEETINGS AT CLASS
Each Resident Training session the alumni are invited to meet on the afternoon before the last day of class to share information, healings, and loving support with each other. They are also welcome to attend the ceremony and dance that evening and the Whole School Healing Meditation on the morning of the last day of class.
 
 
A Message from Randall Segal, BBSH Alumni Director:

Dear BBSH Alumni,

A very warm welcome to the Alumni Program 2019–20!

“We are a community of the sacred human heart, and together we embody a powerful unified field of loving presence in the world.”

This is the affirmation that was developed at the first Alumni Gathering in September 2012. It was created to remind us of our profound connection and purpose, and to remind us to practice choosing love even in the face of adversity.

We would like to invite you to join us in this practice.

As an alum of BBSH you hold an integral place in maintaining the connection to the work around the world. It is through your passion and sacred heart that Barbara’s work grows. We know that from time to time it is hard to stay charged and positive so why not come and recharge. We invite you to join us during school weeks in Weston (Fort Lauderdale) (see 2019–2020 Student Calendar). It will be especially wonderful to see you this year as BBSH—students, alumni, faculty, administration—enters a fresh phase and together we explore the unknown.

The basic Alumni Program is free, and always includes all whole-school activities:

• Welcome reception at Class 1
• Welcome on Day 1
• Early-morning movement classes
• HMD evening lectures
• Community building dance
• Holiday party at Class 2
• The Alumni Gathering during Class 3
• Creative Arts performances at Class 4
• Class year celebrations at Class 5
• Meditation and healings on the final day
• Time for graduates to meet and share with each other and exchange healings
• Free time for self-care and for connecting with fellow graduates and current students

When you arrive, please check in at the alumni table at the Bonaventure Resort, where there will be name tags for you as well as the week’s schedule.

As you know, the BBSH community creates a depth of connection and ease for us to hold, inspire, and receive each other like few places on earth.
